What do you really, really want?

I’m preparing for my upcoming show... And feeling quiet and a little contemplative.

Sometimes life has a way of distracting us from what is important and what we really want for our lives.

Sometimes we think we want something... but we don’t really.

Or we think we have to do everything!

Sometimes it’s hard to know if what we think we want is just what someone else wants for us.

Or maybe we no longer want what we thought we wanted! It just doesn’t matter any more...

So it is important to take time, now and then, to be quiet and ask yourself ~ What do I really want?

Then see what comes up...

And see what needs to go.
